Casa Moksha

Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective 3 September 2026

Casa Moksha (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates www.casamoksha.com. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Information we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you reach out through our contact form or by email, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message content you provide.
  • Automatic data. Our web server logs standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, referring URL, timestamps) for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type. Google sets first-party cookies and processes this data on our behalf; it is aggregated, and Google anonymizes the IP addresses it collects. See Google’s Privacy Policy, and you can opt out site-wide with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function, plus the first-party analytics cookies set by Google Analytics described above. We do not deploy advertising cookies.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry about stays, private retreats, or events at Casa Moksha.
  • To send you reservation confirmations and related trip logistics if you book with us.
  • To improve the quality and content of our website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers (email delivery, hosting) who act strictly on our behalf under equivalent privacy obligations.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, plus a reasonable period for recordkeeping. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.
